London Residential

The children had an amazing week in London last week on their residential. Firstly they visited Stonehenge en route and then explored the Cutty Sark, Parliament, Madame Tussauds, Tower Bridge and the Royal Albert Hall.

Pupils in Class 1 have been practising their 4 and 6 figure grid reference skills this term. This culminated in a treasure hunt challenge following a route around Cockwood Village. The children had a brilliant afternoon. Thanks to Mr McGrath for helping to organise this super geography event!

Class 1 were delighted to take part in the Annual Rotary Club  School’s Quiz. It is always a fun evening and a very well supported event on the school calendar.
