The children worked in their house teams to make Christmas decorations out of recycled materials. Children in Class 3 have started to use the DB Primary site and are enjoying exploring the different pages, including the Forum, and the Class 3 Homepage. The children had a wonderful day being creative on the beach at Beer as part of Class 3 studies. The whole school have spent the week exploring our local area and working with Martin Prothero to produce some sound recordings of the River Exe. These will then feature on an interactive display for Exmoor National Park. The children enjoyed the day completing art work and science based activities on Dawlish Warren beach.
Classes 2 and 3 had a super week enjoying a Forest School Experience. They took part in activities which included making fires, investigating bugs and completing some woodland art. Pupils had a super time and we hope to continue to do more in the future!
Well done to all of our pupils who took part in the inter schools competition in Dawlish. We are very proud – especially as we won the event and took home the plate!
