The children had a wonderful day being creative on the beach at Beer as part of Class 3 studies. The whole school have spent the week exploring our local area and working with Martin Prothero to produce some sound recordings of the River Exe. These will then feature on an interactive display for Exmoor National Park. The children enjoyed the day completing art work and science based activities on Dawlish Warren beach.
Classes 2 and 3 had a super week enjoying a Forest School Experience. They took part in activities which included making fires, investigating bugs and completing some woodland art. Pupils had a super time and we hope to continue to do more in the future!

The pupils in Class 3 performed a wonderful assembly linked to their topic of ‘Under the sea’. The art work, drama and reading were amazing so well done to our youngest pupils. The parents, staff and pupils really enjoyed the afternoon.
