Great Britain’s Paralympic goalkeeper Dan James visited Cockwood School last week and led the children through a circuit of exercise, teaching them the importance of fitness and persevering to achieve goals. A great afternoon and a fantastic way to exercise! It was amazing to learn about Dan’s achievements at the Paralympics – a real inspiration.
The school enjoyed a super Sports Day on the village green. As always, the event was well attended and the children competed against each other with huge levels of enthusiasm. Well done to Powderham House for winning on the day.
