Impact Day

Everyone enjoyed the range of activities offered during our ‘Impact Day’ organised by  Jack Baxter, a sports specialist from Ivy Education Trust. Unfortunately, activities had to be inside due to the weather but that certainly didn’t dampen the spirits! Pupils enjoyed keep fit bingo, balloon volleyball and cup ping pong.

We were delighted to welcome representatives, Ruth and Val, from Cofton  Church to take our Easter Service. They talked to the children about the symbols of Easter and kindly gave every child a palm cross.

Class 1 Forest School

Year 4 and 5 have enjoyed visits to Methley Meadow over the last few weeks. They learnt how to safely light fires and in small groups had to keep them going for 3 minutes, they also made bird feeders.
