We welcomed our Safeguarding Governors in to talk to our School Council, they wanted to find out if they felt happy and safe at school.
One child commented: ‘I feel happy at Cockwood School because it’s like a family’.
Many said if they were worried or unhappy about something they would tell a friend or a teacher.
Whilst many were happy at Hope Church, they are all looking forward to going back to school in the Autumn Term.
It is always lovely to welcome our Governors in so they can see the school ‘in action’ and get to know various groups of children.
