Hindu Workshop

Cockwood’s third Cross Country victory!

Schools from across the Dawlish Learning Partnership met on Thursday 23rd February to compete in the annual DLP Cross country run. Runners were split into teams of children from years 3 & 4, who completed one lap of the course and teams of children from years 5 & 6 ran an extended route.

Consultation regarding Conversion to Academy Status

Following the unanimous agreement of the governing board, Cockwood Primary School is now actively pursuing their conversion to academy status. An academy is a state school, funded directly by the Department of Education, rather than the Local Authority.
