The whole school enjoyed a lovely Harvest Festival celebration at St. Mary’s Church, Cofton. The theme this year was Appreciation which is our school value this half term. Each class made a super contribution with Class 1 delivering some first class readings! It was wonderful to see so many parents and carers there.
Class 2 explored the way different liquids behave whilst making Halloween potions. Lots of fun, and amazing science learning too….they really impressed us with their ‘science talk’ and collaborative learning!
The children enjoyed a fantastic performance of the production ‘Table Manners’, exploring the themes of food, friendship and difference this week.
Year 3,4,5 and 6 pupils were lucky enough to experience a virtual reality workshop last week.
