JULY 2012- Class 3 Space Assembly

    Class 3 delighted a packed village hall with their annual class assembly based on this terms topic ‘Space’. The children sang, read stories and signed as aprt of their performance.

JUNE 2012- Class 3 have been finding out ‘how do we travel to school?’

  Class 3 have been finding out the different ways we travel to school. They all had to think about the different methods of transport we use. Each child drew themselves and their method of transport and they sorted the data to make a class graph.

JUNE 2012- Dawlish Learning Partnership Sports event @ Exeter Arena

   Cockwood children have taken part in an area Athletics event run by the Dawlish Learning Partnership. Schools from across the community competed against each other in a bid to win a medal.

JUNE 2012- Escot Residential- class 1 and 2

   Class 1 and 2 enjoyed a fabulous two days at Escot Park, near Ottery St Mary. The children slept in yurts, cooked and ate outside…even showered in the outdoor washing facilities!
