Cockwood School have been delighted to be involved in the Olympic banner project at Exeter Cathedral. The banners are to celebrate the Olympic torch arriving in Exeter this week. All the children in class 1 and 2 were involved in working alongside professional artists to create the banners and when they were all on display in such beautiful surroundings they looked amazing.
The banners were made with help from Daisi artists as part of a project involving all ten schools in the Dawlish Learning Partnership. We are very grateful for the support from The Helen Foundation which made these exciting workshops possible.
