The children engaged in a variety of activities that not only fostered their creativity but also encouraged teamwork and exploration. Here are some highlights from their adventures:
- Den Building: Pupils collaborated to design and construct their very own dens, using natural materials found in the forest.
- Stream Clearing: They took part in an important task of clearing the stream, which helped them learn about the environment and the significance of keeping our natural spaces clean.
- Making Tanghulu: The pupils had the opportunity to create their own tanghulu, a traditional Chinese snack made of rock sugar-coated fruits on skewers. This activity not only introduced them to a new cultural delicacy but also allowed them to explore their culinary skills.
- Popcorn Making: To complement their tasty tanghulu, the children made popcorn, adding a delightful crunch to their snack time.
It has been a joy to see the pupils immerse themselves in these activities, and we are proud of their enthusiasm and teamwork.
