The Helen Foundation Presentation

We were lucky enough recently to have a visit from Annie and Roger Kirk the founders of The Helen Foundation.  The Foundation was set up in memory of their Actress daughter Helen Kirk.  The Helen Foundation provides funding for ‘the arts’ in primary schools in the area.  Last term Cockwood School Council organised a clay portrait competition to help support the charity.  The competition was a great success and raised just over £50.00 for the Foundation.  Roger was presented the cheque by Head Girl, Hannah.
