We were delighted to welcome Tammi Lethbridge from the Dartmoor Sports Partnership into school to work with each class on our Sports Impact Day. It was fabulous to see pupils of all ages enjoying the skill of archery, from our youngest pupils right up to our oldest pupils in Year 6.
Pupils also took part in a ‘river challenge’, working as a team to get from one side of the playground to the other without falling in the river. This was a perfect way for them to use their oracy skills to direct and lead their teams to success.
Thank you to Tammi and the Dartmoor Sports Partnership for such a memorable day.
