Today the children in Class 3 have been trying something new- bubble painting!
We have really enjoyed exploring our topic of Space, and the children have been working hard to find different ways to be creative and make interesting pictures.
Today the children made pictures of planets using bubble painting, where paint is mixed with a little water and washing up liquid, and then blown through a straw to make a mountain of bubbles!
The children had a wonderful time using their straws to blow into the paint, and especially enjoyed putting their piece of paper down on the bubbles. We then explored colour mixing by layering the bubbles to create interesting pictures and colour combinations. We had a super time! Have a look at our pictures to see us having bubble painting fun.
