Breakfast and After School Club

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club runs from 7:45 am until 8:45 am, right before the school day begins. We offer a safe and gentle start to your child’s morning, ensuring they feel nurtured and ready for the day ahead. During this time, pupils will enjoy a healthy breakfast, typically consisting of fruit, toast, and cereal.

Children have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. They can choose from:

  • Craft projects
  • Lego building
  • Games

Weather permitting, we also encourage some time outside to enjoy fresh air before the school day starts.

Our Breakfast Club operates five days a week throughout term time and is available at a cost of £5, which can be conveniently paid through School Money.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at admin@cockwoodschool.co.uk.

After School Club

After School Club Details: Our After School Club is available five days a week, throughout term time, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. We are pleased to offer a minibus transportation service for our pupils to a central hub at Starcross Primary School, where they will have the opportunity to join their peers from Kenton School. The club is run by Primary Sports and Education, providing a comprehensive programme of activities that engage children of all ages.

To ensure a well-rounded experience, the club is zoned into three distinct areas:

  • Sports Activity: This includes activities such as gymnastics, nerf, tennis, football, and basketball.
  • Craft Activity: Here, pupils can enjoy painting, collage-making, drawing, and more.
  • Quiet Zone: A peaceful space for those children who prefer to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Additionally, children will be provided with a nutritious snack, such as crackers or toast, to keep their energy up during the evening.

If you are interested in registering your child for the After School Club or would like more details, please do not hesitate to contact Harvey Richards at harvey.richards@primary-sports.co.uk.
