This week we were very lucky to be able to take a group of children to the wonderful Powderham Castle for a musical performance from the London Myriad Ensemble. The ensemble included musicians playing the flute, bassoon, clarinet and oboe.
The children listened to a range of musical pieces, from The Pink Panther to Gershwin, and were able to find out more about each instrument and performer. They were then able to experience what it is like to be a composer!
The children had a super afternoon, and thoroughly enjoyed listening to the pieces in a beautiful setting.
