On Friday, Miss Buttree took a group of children to Powderham Castle to watch The Waldstein Quintet; the musicians were from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London which consisted of violins, a viola and a cello. They entertained the children with a variety of classics and played a series of musical games, which the children loved. They also inspired the children by explaining their journey into the world of music and we were very proud of our pupils for asking and answering so many questions and showing enthusaism for the whole event. A wonderful, memorable opportunity.
