We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our pupils recently attended the Mix Festival at Bridwell Park near Uffculme. It was a fabulous day filled with musical workshops that allowed our children to explore a diverse range of musical genres and experiences.
The Mix Festival offered our students the opportunity to engage in Taiko drumming, Bhangra dancing, Ceilidh Folk music, performances by the Salamanca Band, a Boom Bus for DJing, and Djembe drumming. Despite the challenging festival weather, our resilient children embraced every moment and had a fantastic day of learning and fun.
We believe in fostering happiness, ambition, perseverance, reflection, respect, and creativity in our students. Events like the Mix Festival at Bridwell Park align perfectly with our vision and values, providing unique opportunities for our pupils to grow and thrive.
