We were delighted to welcome Jennifer Davy into school this week to present her new book to our pupils. ‘Chloe and the Big Idea’ was a massive hit and engaged pupils of all ages. Jennifer captured their imaginations with her wonderful story-telling and the strong link to her own family history.
The book based on her ancestor, Sir Humphry Davy, was an excellent way of bringing a significant British Scientist to life and the children asked lots of great questions. We are all excited for the books release in August and we will buy a copy for library.
