What a fantastic opportunity our Year 5 and 6 pupils had recently when they joined the wider Ivy Trust family for the Ivy Games at Exeter Arena. The day was packed with brilliant sports and athletics activities, expertly organised by our secondary school partners who ran each station with real enthusiasm.
A real highlight was meeting Olympian Leon Greenwood, who delivered an inspirational talk about the importance of determination and perseverance in achieving success. Our pupils were genuinely engaged and left feeling motivated.
It was wonderful to see our children working collaboratively with pupils from across Teignbridge, building connections and friendships beyond our school gates. Days like these remind us of the power of coming together as a community.
