We are delighted to share an exciting artistic endeavour that Class 3 has recently undertaken as part of their ‘Playful Making’ Art unit. Our talented pupils have created a large-scale collaborative piece of interactive art, drawing inspiration from the remarkable ‘CLOUD’ installation by artists Caitlind R C. Brown and Wayne Garrett.
The original ‘CLOUD’ features 1,000 working light bulbs on pull chains, inviting visitors to interact and create a shimmering, flickering effect. Our budding artists were tasked with observing the emotions of those interacting with the artwork, before crafting their own interpretation.
The Class 3’s masterpiece is now proudly on display in our EYFS outdoor area. This project not only showcases our pupils’ creativity but also encourages interaction and engagement within our school community. Well done, Class 3, for your imaginative and collaborative efforts!
