Last week, the whole school came together for a very uplifting Harvest Festival service. We were welcomed by Cofton Church and it was fabulous to see it full to brimming with pupils, staff, family and friends all celebrating this special time of year. Our service was based on giving thanks for what we have and thinking about those less fortunate. The children shared the meaning of Harvest, performed poems, said prayers and sang some of our favourite Harvest hymns, such as, the Harvest Samba!
We collected donations of tinned and dry goods for the Starcross Larder and Dawlish Hub and we hope these have gone to help families across our community.
