Class 1 Visit to Bovington Tank Museum

The pupils and adults had an amazing day when they travelled to see the tanks and trenches at Bovington Tank Museum. To enhance the topic of WWI, the children explored a British and German trench and learned about life as a soldier. They were also lucky enough to climb in one of the only tanks to survive from the time and then to compare it to a modern day tank. It was an incredible day and the instructor was most impressed with the children’s knowledge.
