On Friday 8th July, Class 1 spent the night in school. All children arrived around 7.30pm with sleeping bags and mattresses, as well as PJs, toothbrushes and anything else they wanted for the night.
Once they had all made up their beds, boys in Class 1 and girls in Class 3, they enjoyed a whole evening of fun. Some children chose to spend time outside in the playground, while others played on the XBox in Class 2.
The hair and nail make-overs were enjoyed equally as much by the boys as well as the girls. Following a midnight feast, children then settled down for the night, before waking early in the morning for breakfast!
It was a great experience enjoyed by the children and staff who volunteered their time to make this possible, not least due to the very well behaved and well-mannered children of Class 1.
