During our exciting trip, our Year 4,5 and 6 students had the opportunity to explore some of the most iconic landmarks and attrrcations in London.
Highlights of our trip:
- Windsor Castle: We visited Windsor Castle and had the chance to see St George’s Chapel, where the Queen is laid to rest. We also explored Queen Mary’s doll’s house, the largest in the world.
- Frameless Art Exhibition: Our students experienced the innovative and immersive art exhibition at Marble Arch, known as Frameless. They loved exploring the four galleries and really reflected on the different artworks on display.
- London Landmarks: We took in the sights of famous London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, The Houses of Parliament, The Royal Albert Hall, and the London Eye.
- Wembley Stadium: A tour of Wembley Stadium was definitely a highlight of the trip and a very memorable experience for our pupils. They had the chance to explore the dressing rooms, enter the Press room and walk out of the tunnel and stand pitchside.
- The Lion King: An unforgettable visit to The Lyceum Theatre to watch Lion King, it was a truely amazing performance which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
- Legoland: Our trip ended on a high note with a visit to Legoland, pupils had the chance to ride the rollercoasters, before a picnic lunch and the journey home.
