Pupils entertained a packed audience at The Langstone Cliff Hotel last week with this year’s Christmas production, ‘The Magical Jigsaw Puzzle’. The children told the traditionnal story of the Nativity as the jigsaw comes to life and is pieced together.
They began the performance at a busy, bustling market place full of cheery carol singers and cheeky market sellers, five excited children came across a very special stallholder who gave them a tatty old jigsaw in return for the promise they will find time to complete the puzzle on Christmas Eve. Each piece of the puzzle unlocked another part of the story, which was portrayed by the children singing, dancing and acting.
We were very proud of everyones performance and, as always, the children absolutely shone on the stage. Well done- there wasn’t a dry eye in the house during the final song!
