This week, our Oracy assembly focused on Fairtrade, and it was wonderful to see our pupils working together in their house teams to explore this important topic. Each group unpicked fascinating facts, examined images, and discussed what they discovered before sharing their learning with their peers. This collaborative approach ensures every voice is heard and every learner is fully engaged.
The excitement continues as our School Council prepares to launch a Fairtrade Cafe on Friday 2nd October. They’ll be serving delicious hot chocolate and banana bread, showcasing some of the very best Fairtrade products. It’s a brilliant opportunity for our school community to support ethical choices whilst enjoying a treat together.
