What a fantastic achievement for our school community! We were absolutely thrilled when our Cockwood RNLI Scarecrow was announced as reserve champion overall at this year’s Devon County Show. The excitement didn’t stop there – the RNLI team got in touch and reposted our scarecrow’s photo on their Instagram account, which was wonderful recognition for everyone involved.
This success is a real testament to the dedication and creativity of our Monday ‘chat and craft’ group, who built our scarecrow from scratch with such care and enthusiasm. It’s moments like these that remind us of the incredible talent and teamwork within our school. Well done to everyone who contributed to this brilliant result!
