This week, children from Class 1 proudly represented our school in the Annual Dawlish Water Rotary Club Schools’ Quiz — and what an incredible job they did. The competition included three challenging rounds, each with 50 questions ranging from general knowledge to topics linked to their school learning. One particularly fun section focused on spelling, which our pupils tackled brilliantly.
Their hard work and teamwork truly paid off. Out of a possible 150 points, they scored an outstanding 139, securing FIRST place in the competition. Even more impressively, they finished 8 points ahead of second place — a fantastic achievement.
We are incredibly proud of their enthusiasm, determination, and brilliant performance. Well done, Class 1 — you were amazing.
