What a wonderful afternoon our Class 2 pupils enjoyed at Powderham Castle’s ‘Music in the Castle’ event! This specially designed experience introduced our children to a beautiful variety of musical styles and genres, culminating in an enchanting string quartet performance in the castle’s stunning Music Room.
These kinds of opportunities are invaluable for broadening our pupils’ cultural capital and expanding their horizons beyond the school gate. We are incredibly fortunate to have such enriching experiences right on our doorstep, and we’re deeply grateful to Powderham Castle for hosting these special events.
