Class 2 have been exploring the fascinating world of data representation through online pictograms, and we couldn’t be more proud of their progress.
The pupils have been learning about the term ‘attribute’ – a key concept in understanding how data can be sorted and organised. To bring this learning to life, they conducted a creative colour hunt within their classroom, which became the foundation for their digital pictogram creation. Each pupil worked diligently to label their data axis, ensuring their pictograms were not only informative but also visually clear and presentable.
What impressed us most was their ability to not just create these pictograms, but also to critically engage with the data by answering questions about their findings. This demonstrates the depth of their computational thinking and data literacy skills.
A hearty well done to Class 2 for their fantastic work and commitment to learning!
