What a great time we had we had at our Always Club Water Fight on the Village Green! This annual tradition is such a super treat for our Always Club children, and it’s clear that many of them look forward to it all year long.
I have to chuckle as I write this – Mrs Mitchell and I seemed to be the prime targets for the pupils’ water attacks, while Mr Keast, Mr Provins and Ms Windsor managed to escape relatively unscathed! It was always a fabulous event, and hearing the staff and children laughing so loudly (or screaming in Mrs Mitchell’s case!) was pure delight.
One child perfectly summed up the day by declaring, “It has been the best day ever!” – moments like these remind us why we love what we do.
